Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. By utilizing our booking services you are indicating you understand and agree to the policies outlined herein.
At this time, not all services are available to be scheduled using our website. If you do not see the service you would like to receive please call us at (630) 785-6862 or email info@hairbornsalon.com and we will be happy to assist you.
You must be 18 years or older to schedule an appointment online. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to schedule an appointment for a minor please call us and we will assist you.
To ensure you are appropriately scheduled, a Hairborn Salon team member may contact you to confirm the services you have requested.
Booking an appointment online does not fully guarantee availability. All scheduled appointments booked online, in person or over the phone may be subject to change.
The team at Hairborn Salon cannot be held responsible if the wrong service, day and/or time was selected. Nor can we be held responsible for any failures of the technology used on your end or ours - although we are here to help and if there's anything we can do to rectify a situation within reason we will do it.
All appointments booked online, in person or over the phone are subject to our cancellation policies. Appointments can only be canceled or rescheduled via phone call or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (630) 785-6862.
Hairborn Salon Cancellation Policies
Life happens, and at Hairborn Salon we are always willing to do what we can to accommodate changes to your schedule within reason.
We appreciate your commitment to Hairborn when you reschedule your services, however that reschedule is still considered a cancellation of your original appointment.
If something comes up and you need to make a change to your appointment, let us know as soon as possible so we can set you up for success. We want to do what we can to make you feel beautiful!
Last Minute Cancellations:
To respect your time and your artist’s time, a strict cancellation policy will be enforced. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so more than 48 hours in advance. If the changes or cancellations occur after the 48 hour window, 50% of the appointment fee will be obtained. If your cancellation occurs within 24 hours you will incur a 100% charge of the value of your booked services.
Ghosting
If you do not provide notice that you are unable to join us and do not show up to your appointment, we will charge your card on file for 100% of the value of the skipped service.
Tardiness
If you are more than ten minutes late we may need to reschedule or forgo part or all of your services. A service fee to cover that day’s services may be required in order to do so. We appreciate a call ahead to let us know if you are running late, and if we can accommodate you we will. Please note that providing notice does not mean we can make an exception to this policy.
Parting Ways
If payment for a last minute cancellation is not obtained you will be required to pay the previous balance before making a new appointment.
When 3 instances of last minute cancellations occur within one year of each other and fall into the above categories it means our salon is not the best fit for your schedule and we will no longer be able to service you.

Can I talk to my artist directly to book, cancel or reschedule?
To ensure your scheduled services are secure, we ask that you contact Hairborn Salon directly at (630) 785-6862 or info@hairbornsalon.com.
How can I communicate with you when you’re closed?
You can still call and leave a voicemail or send us an email. Based on the date and time we will be able to determine the timeframe your cancellation falls into.
Do you send reminders?
Our clients have the option to receive courtesy appointment reminders in the form of automated text messages, emails and phone calls, however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Our team will not be held accountable if you do not make it to your appointment, whatever the reason.
